The DD number:

The registration, "DD", number of the individual entity on the Direct Democracy list is made up of a number of letters/digits. For transnational companies the numbers start with:-

• 01 for transnational corporations, followed by the entity number.
• 02 for transnational financial institutions, banks, pension funds, insurance companies, etc., followed by the entity number
• 03 for transnational TV-stations, followed by the entity number
• 04 for transnational newspapers, periodicals, magazines, followed by the entity number.
• 05 for UN, plus the agency number.

For national entities the DD-number starts with the international two-letters-code for the country in question, followed by

• The international two letters code for the country in question,
• Two digits for the number in the numbered list of states of the country.
• The number in the list of municipalities in the state.
• The number of the applying entity within the municipality.
