Lodge a Complaint

How to Lodge a Complaint.

Fill in the form below to lodge a complaint against a private or public entity. Within 10 working days you should receive a reply from the entity, and you will have another 10 working days to respond.

If no amicable settlement of the complaint can be reached, the entity concerned will have the option to either leave the list for a quarantine period determined by the DD representative or ask for a verdict by the representative with regard to the justification of the complaint and the length of a possible consequent quarantine period (1-60 months).
